Our Purpose
Why the practice exists
Medico-legal matters demand far more than legal argument. Assessments must be arranged, specialists selected, records collected, clients transported and reports monitored - all while the attorney manages the case itself.
This is precisely where our focus lies. The practice takes responsibility for that complexity: coordinating appropriate professionals, managing timelines and keeping the assessment process moving, so that attorneys can devote their time to the legal matter.
We do not provide medical treatment and we do not replace clinical judgement. We co-ordinate the process that allows appropriately qualified professionals to do their work efficiently - within a structure designed around the needs of attorneys.
