Attorney Instruction
An attorney approaches the practice with the requirements of the matter. The nature of the claim, the clients involved and the intended direction of the matter are discussed.
Every matter is different, but the way we work follows a disciplined structure. The overview below illustrates how an engagement typically unfolds.
An attorney approaches the practice with the requirements of the matter. The nature of the claim, the clients involved and the intended direction of the matter are discussed.
The requirements of the case are reviewed to determine which professional disciplines may be required - selected according to the facts of the matter rather than a standard panel.
Appropriate professionals are identified and appointments are coordinated - sequenced sensibly so that assessments build on one another where appropriate.
Clients are assisted with appointment scheduling, transport and practical arrangements, so attendance is as simple as possible for them.
The required professionals conduct their respective assessments, each within their own independent practice.
Relevant collateral information and documentation - school and academic records, teacher observations, work-environment information and affidavits - can be coordinated where required.
Assessment reports are co-ordinated and monitored, with progress tracked and communicated so the matter does not stall between appointments.
The completed assessment information is made available to the attorney, ready for the next stage of the matter - including mediation or settlement processes where appropriate.
A short conversation is all it takes to establish what your matter requires.
